THE GOAL STATEMENT:
City of Hope  is to serve the grass-root community by empowering destitute families  in developing  the skills necessary to encourage self-help projects, and to provide convenient and friendly environment where destitute families and children can met, referrals, drop in for an informal education, group support, in order to learn how to overcome poverty  concerns our community.
